Your caregivers' unpredictability, the unspoken rules of your household, the messages society handed you about who a woman should be- all of it left a mark. And all you wanted was to be accepted, liked, and loved.
Limiting Beliefs Those experiences didn't just hurt. They taught you something. About who you are, what you deserve, and what it costs to ask for what you actually want. They may have left you with a feeling of unworthiness. And these beliefs have been quietly running your relationships- and your sense of self- ever since.
Survival Patterns So you adapted. You stayed quiet. You over-gave. You made yourself easy, agreeable, and low-maintenance. You kept the relationship- and lost yourself in the process.

1. Identify the Pattern What you're doing automatically- and where it came from. Not to dwell on the past, but to stop being run by it in the present.
2. Rewire the Belief The pattern is held in place by a belief- something you learned early about what's safe, what's expected, what's allowed. We change it at the identity level, not the surface. Not the behavior alone. The identity underneath the behavior.
3. Change the Response This is where real change happens. You practice responding differently- in your actual life, in real situations- until the new self-respecting behavior becomes your default.
