A structured 10-week coaching experience for capable women over 35 who are done watching themselves hesitate — and are ready to stop choosing the safe, responsible path and start acting on what they know needs to change.

Inside this work, we dismantle the limited beliefs and survival patterns that trained you to prioritize safety over yourself — and replace them with behaviors that build real self-trust.

You’ll learn how to:

• Stop second-guessing yourself
• Set boundaries — and hold them
• Speak up instead of shrinking
• Make decisions without waiting for certainty
• Follow through on the changes you say you want
• Recognize what you truly want — and act on it

This isn’t about forcing change.

It’s about building the internal steadiness that allows you to stop self-abandoning.
